Refund policy

Returns & Replacements
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to return.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Elephant Spirit. We will exchange any merchandise you receive that has defects and refund your purchase price on any merchandise that does not meet your exceptions.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or if the size didn't fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ElephantSpiritShop@gmail.com and we will help you with your return.

Shipping
For your convenience, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label, and we will deduct the return shipping from your refund.  The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
